Safety features are being designed into FIGGIT from the beginning. Here's the model we're working towards.
FIGGIT isn't live yet. This page describes our intended approach, not features that are currently running. It will be updated as the product develops.

Who can trade

  • Account holders completing real-world trades must be 18 or over.
  • Younger collectors can take part through an adult-managed account.
  • A parent or guardian approves before any physical trade goes ahead.

Personal information

  • Children should never need to exchange personal contact details.
  • Addresses should never be exchanged directly between children.
  • We plan to collect only what's needed to run the service.

Moderation and reporting

We're designing tools for reporting problems and reviewing activity. We'll explain exactly how these work before trading opens.
